DOORS
Entrance doors: Fire-resistant security class 3 doors have a knob resistant to unauthorized access on the outer side, a handle on the inner side and a peephole in the door. The height of the door is 2,100 mm. Entrance doors are white on the outside, with the color on the inside selected from a range of standards.

Interior doors: Flush, full panel chipboard doors, interior door casing, hidden hinges, magnetic lock and stainless steel fittings. The height of the doors is 2,100 mm. Finish chosen from selected designs in a range of standards.

PARTITION WALLS BETWEEN ROOMS
Ceramic brick walls 115, 140 or 175 mm thick, designed to meet the desired acoustic and technical specifications.

PARTITION WALLS BETWEEN FLATS
Walls of reinforced concrete 200 or 220 mm thick meet requirements for acoustic insulation of partition walls in accordance to the relevant Slovakian technical standard.

AIR-CONDITIONING
Each residential unit is outfitted with a complete pre-installation setup for air conditioning and condensate drainage, all elegantly integrated and concealed within the bedroom and living room walls. All that remains for the future clients to do is to select and install the air conditioning units at their own expense.

WINDOW SILLS
Interior window sills made of durable designer material – artificial stone by the brand Lapitec.

SHADING
Box with outdoor electric blinds or prepared for installation of outdoor electric blinds. Shaded with perforated aluminum sliding panels.

EXTERIOR FLOORING
Wooden exterior boards laid on a wooden grid with leveling feet.

RAILINGS
Steel railings and paneled side walls between the balconies both made of perforated sheet metal.

FLOORING
Laminated wooden floors with baseboard where the walls meet them at the entrance, hallway, living room, other rooms and kitchen chosen from selected designs in a range of standards.

WINDOWS
Aluminum windows with triple glazing, RAL 7048 colored window frames both outside and inside.

CENTRAL HEATING AND DOMESTIC HOT WATER
Heat source for DHW in the residential block is a heat transfer station located on the 1st underground story. Rooms are heated by panel radiators with thermoregulating heads. Some flats have recessed fanless floor convectors placed in front of windows with no sills. Towel radiators are installed in bathrooms.

FLOOR AND WALL TILES
Gres floor and wall tiles. Colors and dimensions chosen from selected designs in a range of standards.

Small white sinks chosen from selected designs in a range of standards. Hot and cold water taps chosen from selected designs in a range of standards.

Showers are enclosed with gres tiles and drain including hot and cold water taps and complete shower accessories chosen from selected designs in a range of standards. Some flats are furnished with an enameled steel tub including hot and cold water taps and complete shower accessories chosen from selected designs in a range of standards.

TOILET
White wall-hung toilet Duravit and flush button.

UMÝVADLO A BATÉRIA
Small white sinks Duravit. Hot and cold water taps Grohe.

VENTILATION
Pre-installed kitchen hood, forced ventilation in the bathroom and toilet room from a two-stage fan. Acoustic ventilation grilles are installed in the perimeter walls to ventilate rooms hygienically and comply with standards for health and sound. Vacuum provided by two-stage fans in the toilet room and bathroom.
