Who is eligible for the reduced interest rate?

Any applicant interested in purchasing an apartment at Pri Mýte, who applies for a housing loan from Tatra banka, can qualify for the 3% p.a. reduced interest rate.

For a loan of EUR 200 000 with an interest rate of 1.29 % p.a., a repayment period in months/number of instalments of 360 and a one-off loan fee of 0 EUR, a one-off property valuation fee of EUR 150, a one-off land registry fee of EUR 100 and an annual property insurance premium of EUR 50, the annual percentage rate of charge is 1.35 % with a monthly loan repayment of EUR 670,27 (the amount of the last loan instalment is 363.19 EUR). The total amount to be paid by the client is 242,740.12 EUR, the interest calculation being based on the assumption that all months of the year have 30 days and the calendar year has 360 days.
